Important safety notice. RaceLineApp.ai is a coaching aid. It does not replace professional instruction, circuit briefings, or your own judgement as a driver. Motorsport is inherently dangerous. Always follow circuit rules, marshals’ instructions, and the guidance of your event organiser.

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the RaceLineApp.ai website (racelineapp.ai) and, when launched, the RaceLineApp.ai application and services. By using this site you agree to these terms.

2. This Website Is a Pre-Launch Holding Page

The RaceLineApp.ai product is currently in development. This website exists to collect expressions of interest from potential beta users. No product is currently available for download or purchase. Joining the waitlist does not create a contract, guarantee access to the beta programme, or constitute a purchase.

3. Waitlist Registration

By submitting your email address you agree to receive communications from RaceLineApp.ai Ltd relating to the product launch and beta programme. You may unsubscribe at any time by emailing hello@racelineapp.ai. We will not use your email address for any other purpose without your explicit consent.

4. Safety and Liability

When the RaceLineApp.ai application is made available:

It is intended as a coaching aid for use at licensed track day and motorsport events only.
It must not be used on public roads.
Coaching cues are advisory only. The driver retains full responsibility for vehicle control at all times.
No reliance should be placed on coaching cues in safety-critical situations. If in doubt, brake.
RaceLine Enterprises Ltd t/a RaceLineApp.ai accepts no liability for any accident, injury, loss, or damage arising from use of the application.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including the RaceLineApp.ai name, logo, Ghost Protocol architecture, and associated branding, is the intellectual property of RaceLine Enterprises Ltd t/a RaceLineApp.ai or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

6. Accuracy of Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure information on this site is accurate. However, as the product is in development, specifications, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.

7. Third-Party Links and Services

This site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites. The use of Formspree for waitlist form processing is subject to Formspree’s own terms of service.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the product and business develops. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of this site after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
