Coaching from
the passenger seat.
RaceLineApp.ai is built around how a professional coach actually talks to a driver on track. Our Coaching Director, Mark White, validates the entire coaching engine, cues included, and signs off every circuit.

Armed Forces Veteran - British Army
"The coaching architecture is built around how a professional race engineer actually communicates with a driver - precise, timed, and actionable. Not a debrief. A conversation at 120mph."
Mark's role
Mark is a championship-winning racing driver and a Grade A licensed ARDS instructor. He coaches drivers at every level, from their first track day to club racing.
At RaceLineApp.ai he is responsible for the coaching itself. He validates every cue the app can say, how the cues fit together through a corner, and the coaching for every circuit before it reaches drivers.
Why it matters
Coaching only helps if it's right for the driver and the moment. A cue that's too late, too vague or wrong for the car is worse than no cue at all. Having a working coach shape every part of the coaching means the advice you hear on track is the advice you'd get from a professional sitting next to you.
The calls he makes
on every track day.
These are some of the calls Mark makes for almost every driver he sits with. You'll hear the same words from RaceLineApp.ai.
"Get all your braking done in a straight line"
The car has the most grip for braking when it is pointing straight. Do the heavy braking and the gear changes before you turn in.
"Load up the brakes"
Apply the brakes progressively so the weight moves onto the nose before full pressure. Stamping on the pedal is how wheels lock.
"Bleed off the brakes"
Don't jump off the pedal. Easing off keeps the weight on the front tyres just when you need them to turn.
"Look through the corner"
The car goes where your eyes go. Look as far ahead as you can, through to the exit.
"Balanced throttle"
A balanced throttle from turn-in to the apex keeps all four tyres working equally for maximum grip.
"Feed in the throttle"
Past the apex, apply the throttle gently as you unwind the steering. Go to maximum throttle once you know you won't have to lift.
Coaching that matches
your experience.
Building confidence
More guidance, given earlier, with the focus on smooth and consistent laps.
Finding pace
Fewer, sharper cues that help you carry more speed and brake later with confidence.
Chasing tenths
Only what matters, kept short, so you can focus on the details that find time.
