RaceLine Enterprises Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to protecting your personal data. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

1. Who We Are

RaceLine Enterprises Ltd t/a RaceLineApp.ai is the data controller for personal data collected through this website and, when launched, the RaceLineApp.ai application. Company number: 17248540. Registered office: 66 Paul Street, London EC2A 4NA. Contact: hello@racelineapp.ai.

2. What Data We Collect

Through this website we collect:

• Registration details - when you join the beta: your email address, name, where you are based, and confirmation that you are over 18 and hold a full driving licence.
• Driver profile - if you choose to complete it: your age band, travel time to Silverstone, track days and coaching sessions completed, what you usually spend on coaching, driver level, Motorsport UK race licence status, track car, lap recording tools, circuits driven, mobile number, and whether you would like to hear about investing in RaceLineApp.ai.
• Usage data - standard web server logs including IP address, browser type, and pages visited. This is collected automatically and used solely for security and performance monitoring.

We do not collect payment information, precise location data, or any special category (sensitive) personal data through this website.

3. Silverstone Beta Day

If you take part in the Silverstone beta day, we will also collect:

• Session data - your laps, position on circuit and the coaching cues you received, to evaluate and improve the coaching.
• Video footage - in-car camera recordings of your sessions, including your reactions.
• Your feedback - your answers to our questions after your sessions.

We will ask for your consent before recording, and you can withdraw it. We will share your footage with you after the day. We will not use footage of you in our marketing without your separate permission.

4. How We Use Your Data

We use this information to:

• Contact you about the RaceLineApp.ai beta programme.
• Send you product updates and launch information you have requested by joining the waitlist.
• Select drivers for beta test sessions and group them by experience.
• Contact you by phone about test-day arrangements if you are selected.
• Send information about investing in RaceLineApp.ai, only if you have asked to hear about it.

Our lawful basis for processing is legitimate interests (communicating with people who have actively expressed interest in our product) and, where applicable, consent.

5. How We Store Your Data

Beta registrations and driver profiles are stored in HubSpot, our customer relationship management system, hosted in HubSpot’s EU data centre. HubSpot acts as our data processor. You can review their privacy policy at legal.hubspot.com/privacy-policy.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

6. How Long We Keep Your Data

We retain beta registration and driver profile data until the beta programme launches or until you request removal, whichever is sooner. If the beta programme does not proceed, all waitlist data will be deleted within 90 days of that decision.

7. Your Rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data.
• Withdraw consent at any time.
• Lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).

8. Cookies

This website uses Google Tag Manager to load Google Analytics 4, which helps us understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are viewed and how people arrive here. Google Analytics only sets its cookies if you click Accept on our cookie banner. These cookies (named _ga and _ga_<ID>) store a randomly generated identifier and last for up to two years. The information is aggregated and we do not use it to identify you personally. Google acts as our data processor, and you can read how Google uses this data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

You can change your choice at any time using the cookie settings link at the bottom of every page. We store your choice in a small first-party cookie (rla_consent) for six months so we don’t ask you again on every visit.

We do not use advertising or social media tracking cookies. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings, or opt out of Google Analytics on all websites using Google’s browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Our sign-up form sends your details directly to HubSpot and does not set any cookies of its own.

We may update this policy as the product develops. The date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the site following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
